Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM, both in accordance with local time. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests aged 12 and above. However, if the Riad is privatized for your group, this age restriction does not apply. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash, in either euros or dirham, at the end of your stay.

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all common areas and guest rooms, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on whether you have booked a room or privatized the entire Riad. Here are the details:

Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings:

• If you cancel 15 days or more before the date of arrival, you can do so free of charge.

• If you cancel 14 days or less before the date of arrival, you will be responsible for 100% of the stay cost.
  

Cancellation Policy for Privatizations:

• If you cancel 61 days or more before the arrival date, you can cancel without any charges.

• If you cancel between 60 to 31 days before the arrival date, you will be responsible for 50% of the stay cost.

• If you cancel 30 days or less before the arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged.
  

No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need to make any changes to your reservation.
